I would give an 1/2 star. I made an online appointment on Sun for my truck Mon 7am because abs light was on the dash and i wanted my breaks checked to figure out the problem. I didn't hear anything from Conrad's until Tuesday the next day that I would need a scan to figure out the abs code which cost $149.00 which I agreed to pay. Terrible service extremely unprofessional and very very lazy and I promise I’ve only ever received an oil change, it’s strange like they’re allergic to money or something
Brought my vehicle in for oil change and rotate tires with some aftermarket tires & rims. I was notified that the lugs were the wrong size & for me to call the place where I got them from. Also Conrads said that 3 of my lugs were stuck on and would have to be broke off & replaced. After going back and forth with Conrads and the company, I decided to get my car. I came in for a flat repair. The service manager was nice. However, they didn’t put my spare tire back. They just threw it in the trunk
