well, well, well….I had a 10 AM appointment for an oil change and they wouldn’t honor it because I was late. I walked into the building around 10:13 am, no one in front, no one in waiting room. I let the guy know I had an appointment, he told me a walk in came and they couldn’t take me because I didn’t call. Not to mention, I am a single woman who had to get her child ready and travel up there just to be turned around for being late.
