Excellent, detail-oriented builder who insists on quality, keeps and eye on the budget, and offers professional counsel on design, logistics, and practical application. In January 2020 we completed a full house renovation, a new addition, and "new" build with Conrad as our contractor and builder. My husband and I needed some general contracting work done to our home. We had Conrad take 2 of the 4 windows out the back wall to install French doors. He listened to what we wanted, provided his professional advice, did the job in a very timely manner, less than 1 day. His workmanship and professionalism is definitely top notch! We would highly recommend Conrad Smoot!
You always have to waterproof concrete. Christina Wheeler and her husband chose not to have Conrad waterproof their structure. Concrete is not waterproof and the Wheeler's were told that they would need to waterproof their structure. Conrad goes above and beyond to consistently please his clients.
