As a new patient, I expected to see Dr. Ziembinski. I was seen instead by his nurse practitioner. He never even came in to briefly introduce himself. My previous rheumatologist retired, sending my medical records to this office. Because I had dental surgery done, I could not get my Prolia fusion for 4 months until it fully healed. I wish I could leave separate reviews for Dr. Ziembinski and his office staff. Dr. Ziembinskiis a great doctor and I hope he personally reads this review, because the issues lie squarely with how his office is run. I had to switch doctors because of how badly my mother’s medication prior authorization was handled. For nearly two months, nothing was done correctly. People are nice but they don’t ever answer the phone I always get the machine they don’t me back. Is very frustrating trying to get answers
