Was accused of stealing! I'm outside loading the truck with some rock salt and my Mom was inside with her debit card in hand. Then we were told it was not for sale but there was no sign indicating it was no good. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
DON'T EVER BUY HERE! Unless you love horrible customer service. Tried returning a latch today, and BILL berated my wife for how I opened it. When I called to ask why, he said "fine bring it in. We'll return it." I asked, Then why did you make such a big deal to her. His response was, "it's not a big deal. Just bring it in and we will return it". I said , if it isn't a big deal, then why did berate her? He hung up. This is the 4th issue we have had with this location. By the way, BILL....my wife is Polynesian NOT Puerto Rican... read more
