Hotel Stay Experience - The Conrad provides outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to detail. During my two stays in July, the staff was consistently attentive, accommodating, and professional from the moment we arrived, making us feel truly appreciated. While the pool was pleasant, the pool service and beach were exceptional. Conrad is genuinely a place where guests can be confident that their experience justifies the cost. :).
This boutique spa was so lovely! Tonoya at the front desk helpful and accommodating. Their coconut cucumber water was incredibly refreshing and champagne package delicious. Alicia's 50 min slow flow massage was relaxing and rejuvenating -- one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I will definitely be back!
Adam is truly the most uplifting and enthusiastic person I’ve ever met on the beach. He brought such vibrant energy to our beach experience and made it absolutely unforgettable. This shouldn’t be considered a spa at all. It had a few rooms for services. This was so underwhelming I don’t know what else to say. I arrived for a couples massage with my husband. We checked in where I was told she’d take me for a tour then come back and give husband a tour…we rounded the hallway after passing 2 service rooms on our left. Then into the relaxation area which had a settee and a few chairs with small tables for waters/champagne.
