Dr. Conrad was ok. One of the staff members at the front desk had a vey nasty attitude. I was trying to schedule an appointment, but she made it so unpleasant, I will not be returning to the clinic.
My husband has a cyst on his kidney that is 2/3 the size of that kidney and God only knows what damage it is doing. After research, we got the first available appointment at Conrad Pearson clinic. We figured his condition would be taken seriously, but it was just the opposite. Dr. Conrad wasn't in a big hurry to do anything. Inferred it wasn't a big deal. Could drain the cyst then weeks later "might" remove it. it would be two procedures. Two co-pays. Waste of time and money with this guy.
