Was sent to your clinic from Bundaberg, seen Dr Newman he certainly blew his trumpet on my 1st visit I was soon to find out how many sour notes he did blow canceled my next appointment after it cost me $1500 dollars with flights and consultation fees and worse results never again regards Damon Bundaberg.
I've been attending this clinic for a few years. While I have found the service efficient and Dr Conrad highly professional and skilled, I don't think I've ever met a reception staff as rude. There was an elderly woman on her own trying hard to make a substantial payment and the receptionist said to her quite rudely " I can't do 2 things at once"". I have nursed for many years, and in some very challenging environments, far far more busy and complex than what I witnessed. Shame on you for treating someone like that. Kindness... read more
Dr Conrad has been treating me for the past 30 years. Very happy with her care.
Having travelled from Mackay with all sorts of feelings of dread that my sight was in trouble . But after my consultation with Dr Conrad I left her rooms and wonderful staff on an absolute high . I will be returning again next month to see Dr Conrad this time I know I’m in good hands
Clinic was running 90mins behind , no phone call or message to advise. Clinic manager didn't care and advised they don't advise patients when running late. Shithouse service
