Thank you Dr. Carothers for recommending Encompass Health Services! All the personnel who came to my in-home therapy were extremely kind,caring,personal,friendly, professional in scheduling visits! I did send feedback to the main person on behalf of all individuals! My improvements, goals towards a successful recovery is well in sight! Be determined & dedicated to The Best of The Best Program Dr. Carothers Medical Team plans! My sincere appreciation!

Dr. Carothers replaced my knee, and I had three meetings with him in conjunction with this procedure. Each of these visits was rushed, and Dr. Carothers showed little interest in listening to my concerns. He seems to have done a good job with my knee replacement, but, if I were to do it again, I would seek a doctor who sincerely listens to, and addresses, his patients' concerns.

Dr Archibeck gave me my new knee and it’s been wonderful for the past seven years (2015) unfortunately I fell and that knee has been injured, unable to stand on either leg so haven’t been able to get an X-ray. Now told my Dr is out of state and no longer with the orthopedic office. Best Dr and care I’ve had. Ever. Thank you Dr Michael Archibeck.

I first met Dr. C. ten yrs. ago. At the time, I was impressed by the amount of time he spent with me. Fast forward to 5/2021 and things have changed. Surgery was scheduled for 9/2021. Due to a problem with obtaining medical clearance, date changed to October. When I requested to speak to Dr. C., his med assistant, Laura refused to transfer me. Dr. Conrad took my symptoms seriously and helped me get the answers I needed. When I asked to hold of on surgery and explained why, he was fine with postponing, and even offered me potential solutions for the predicament if I decided to go through with it sooner rather than later / in case I needed the surgery ASAP for whatever reason. When I do finally get my surgery, he is the only one I trust for it. I appreciate him and his care thus far!

Seemed more concerned with making money than with helping patients. Not available to diagnose or answer questions. Delegates complex medical decisions to unqualified staff. Doesn't read his online portal at all -- staff that do make frightening mistakes that put your health in jepordy.

The doctor didn't show up to scheduled appointment and refused to discuss test findings. All communication was mishandled through assistants who mostly confused critical medical information and wasted my time.

Dr Carothers replaced my 58 year old action packed hip in Sept 2019 ....except for a beautiful scar , I forget I even had one ! Back to ALL exercise I enjoy ! Can’t say enough of about him and his staff !

Dr. Carothers replaced my right knee after it had been replaced by another surgeon several months earlier who just didn't get it right. I have had no problems with it since and am very happy with his work and expertise! I have recommended another knee patient to him and they are very pleased with their knee replacement experience too. It is wonderful to have such competent care available!
