Dr. Conrad took my symptoms seriously and helped me get the answers I needed. When I asked to hold of on surgery and explained why, he was fine with postponing, and even offered me potential solutions for the predicament if I decided to go through with it sooner rather than later / in case I needed the surgery ASAP for whatever reason. When I do finally get my surgery, he is the only one I trust for it. I appreciate him and his care thus far!
I have had Dr. Conrad for a couple surgeries. First was a double miniscus tear. A year later I had a complete rotator cuff tear. He did a great job on both and was an extremely competent surgeon. I will go back to him for any future issues, although I hope I don't need him again for a while!!
Dr. Conrad has done rotator cuff surgery and a broken ulna on my wife. We ran into Dr. Conrad in the lobby of Presbyterian hospital while leaving the emergency room. Dr. Conrad saw my wife and asked what happened. He looked at the x-rays and agreed he could repair the broken ulna the next day. By the time we arrived at NM Orthopedics on the 7 th floor Dr. Conrad had called ahead and set up the surgery. Dr. Conrad has wonderful bedside manner and explains everything so it is understandable.
