The owners at Conquest Tyrepower Welland have to be commended for their outstanding work in our incredibly late notice Friday afternoon repair request. The amazing team were able to get us in for a punctured tyre on our Model Y with minutes left of their day, and were able to patch and send us on our way in record time. Unfortunately, I don't appreciate how things were handled. My husband claimed the repair under insurance as we took the option for nil excess for tyre damage. To embarrass a customer even telling the insurance provider why claim a small amount is unprofessional. High or low amount, no one has the right to question their customers why they have to claim for insurance. You may think the value is small for you, but for others, no amount is a small amount. Every businessman knows that.
