Unfortunately, I don't appreciate how things were handled. My husband claimed the repair under insurance as we took the option for nil excess for tyre damage. To embarrass a customer even telling the insurance provider why claim a small amount is unprofessional. High or low amount, no one has the right to question their customers why they have to claim for insurance. You may think the value is small for you, but for others, no amount is a small amount. Every businessman knows that.
