We are extremely disappointed with the way we were treated by Conquest Pools regarding our faulty pool shell and light. Instead of taking responsibility and helping us resolve the problem, we were met with poor communication, excuses, and a complete lack of care for the situation. For the amount of money spent, you expect quality workmanship and professional customer service we received neither. We have just had our pool installed by Conquest Pools and have had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. Nigel and Graham have been professional and very easy to work with and completed all stages on time and went out of their way to help us and answer any questions we had along the way. Would highly recommend Nigel and Graham and I would like to thank them for all their hard work.
If you're thinking of putting in a pool, we're really pleased with the Conquest Pool put in last year. Great communication and planning. The pool levels are 100%, the equipment is running well. Only things which could do with a little more work was the landscaping could have been a bit more comprehensive, but all fixed now! Thanks so much guys!!
