This is unequivocally the best psychiatric practice I have ever come across, in my 12 years of experience with different ones. Dr. Phelps listens to everything I have to say, helps guide me in my medication management without shutting down my feelings or concerns. He allows me to make informed, patient-led decisions about my healthcare while still providing guidance and ensuring I stay safe. The customer service when calling in is outstanding. All around a fantastic practice.
Initially started off good then became unresponsive to messages only to find out medication refills were cancelled as well with no notification. Abandoning patients is very unprofessional and unsafe
