Not a big gym, and definitely not an organized gym. The woman working informed me that they had a birthday party and weren't set up for the competition.
It is similar to other conquer Ninja Gyms. I don't feel the obstacles are as challenging as some of the other gyms. It is best suited for those who are levels 0-2. Level 3+ will find many obstacles easy. If you have not level tested at a Conquer Ninja Gym, it is geared towards beginners and intermediate. It wasn't that busy during open gym when I went so it offers a good chance to get individual training with staff. It should be noted that the place is on floor 2, not ground level.
