Chris is awesome! My ex sued to reduce child support and Chris was able to get it increased and he was able to get me 3 times the amount needed to cover legal fees. I’ve known Chris for a decade and can assure you he always fights tooth and nail for his clients! You couldn’t ask for a better attorney!!!!

I cannot recommend Mr.Welch as a GAL at all. In my experience, he was entirely money‑focused and did not demonstrate genuine concern for the children involved. He went outside the scope of his role, made diagnostic statements about me without any qualifications, and later admitted he had “misspoken” when presented with a formal evaluation showing no diagnosis. Joshua Welch Does NOT care what is truly in the best interest of the children! He cares about his $200 and hour fee. Has you sign a open ended contract. As a Father, if your attorney recommends him, fire your attorney and start again. It will saves you heartache and thousands and thousands of dollars that would benefit your children when trying to start over. This seems criminal to me! Why can't judges do their own job these days? This man lit up the courtroom the moment he walked in. He is very well known, respected, and liked by everyone there. I did not have an attorney, and he stepped up and truly helped save me during one of the hardest moments of my life.
