I've been taking my dogs here for years and have had some issues with wait times before, but nothing like today. Was told when I called that they didn't have any open appointments for 2 weeks, but I could drop him off this morning and they would get to him when they could. So I got there at 9 when they told me to and called from my car to let them know I was there. Waited 45 minutes in my car with no one coming out to get him! We understand your frustrations. Drop offs are still dropped off between appointments, surgeries and emergencies. We do apologize if this wasnt explained when your drop off time was scheduled. Veterinary technicians and assistants are who bring in all our pets, and they have to do history's and vitals on them all before collecting the next pet. Very friendly and timely!! First visit since COVID-19 and they came and got Oreo and called at the end with his great report and billing right over the phone and then brought Oreo back to car.. Fast and Easy.. Thanks Conover Vet!!

Amazing staff, and veterinarians! I know that when I take my pets there, they will be taken care of by a professional who cares and will do everything in their power to help my pets the best they possibly can. They are kind, courteous, and go above and beyond any other vet I’ve been to.
