Terrible experience-Called week before to get an animal appointment the next Monday. Office called Monday AM to cancel appointment and reschedule for Tuesday. I called at 1:00 to make sure and office said come on-Drove 45 minutes from Wilkes and rearranged work schedule to be told doctor couldn’t see us when we arrived and would have to reschedule for next afternoon. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE & I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE DOOR!!! NEVER been to this location! Simply used GPS to locate a veterinarian office closest to my NEW home. I called Friday, March 29 around 4:30pm to schedule my brand new kitten an appointment to establish her as a patient.
