I am very pleased with the service received. The response time is fast and no questions or concerns go unanswered and or resolved. Staff are friendly and professional. It seems I may the exception and perhaps it is the sales associate Abigail Caba. A long phone call, lots of promises, a "I am working on it" email 2 weeks later and cannot get any response after that. Sad. I called in to the person in charge of commercial properties who is one of the owners I believe. Got a return call from this lady and that was it. They must be going downhill. Plenty of promises and no delivery.
