Terrible experience. I was blocked more then once at their door because everytime for a reason or another they couldn’t process my payment. There’s absolutely no email or message notifying me before I get to the gym and every time it makes me waste my time and experience frustration. Today again it turns out my membership needed to be renewed…no reminder sent at all. I made the payment but still couldn’t use my member card because apparently I also needed a new member card which needed to be done with an employee…whom I coul... read more
They don't offers free trials since the new administration
C'est trés correct pour le prix...mais faire attention au vol...aprés quand on paie 25 CAD le mois faut pas s'attendre à des hotesses d'acceuil et des agents de sécurité...le prix d'un mois c'est l'equivalent d'un burger à Montreal.
