I have struggled with chronic muscle and tissue inflammation for the past couple of years. At the suggestion of my physiotherapist, I booked an appointment with Conny. The massage experience was awesome. I felt very comfortable and sensed I was in safe hands. On the second visit Conny advised me that she did not think my issue was lymphoedema and advised me to talk to my Doctor. Conny was the best, I’ve left there on my first visit feeling like I’d been heard and positive that my health is in good hands. Food being thy medicine rather than an abundant of supplements for treatment was great. Also having access to online consultations when on the road was another plus. It’s early days but I really feel I’m onto something good. Conny provides MLD for my recently diagnosed Lipoedema which has been challenging to understand after a lifetime of fat legs! Her information and referral to the right nutritionist and occupational therapist who have knowledge on this disease is done with empathy and kindness. In addition she has brought together our small group in our community to meet, discuss and support each other. Conny is always looking at the whole picture and has time to discuss.
Conny has been a life saver for our family! Fixed myself and my son for whacky symptoms with her holistic and sensitive approach. I’ll forever be grateful for Conny changing our lives and health for the better! Do not hesitate to make an appt, especially when GPs aren’t working- Conny will get to the bottom of anything!
I have Lipodema and prior to finding Conny and having MLD suffered with debilitating pain requiring pain meds daily. Since having Conny do MLD regularly I no longer need to take pain meds, you can no longer fry an egg on my thighs and my mobility is somewhat improved. Conny is a fabulous practitioner and is well versed in her field, brilliant!
