Being new to the area this office in Pulaski Virginia was super cordial, professional and explained everything very lucid and succinct. I couldn't ask for better customer service over the phone. And then when the man came and delivered he was even more than I expected. Russell was super helpful and took his time with me and was extremely patient. Was great
I can't say enough good about Conny Oil. We'd been dealing with another company for literally decades but they got slower and slower on deliveries and were generally just less friendly. The other place said a week at the earliest to get a delivery and Conny Oil was here the same day.
Excellent customer service, flexible payment arrangements, and a discount for paying within 10 days of oil delivery. How can you go wrong? Always a pleasure to do business with these fine folks!
