What a load of crap..... Ordered online, selected a pickup time 4-5pm. Arrived at site and there is a sign taped to the inside of the door. Pickup hours are only now available from 11-2. Call Customer service and they say, sorry, that facility didn't inform us. What the what??? The most deplorable online experience ever.
The worst place. They don’t check the front of you are picking up an order.
Worst experience I’ve had and I’m a repeat customer… there’s a reason why you add who do you want for a pickup and now I get interrupted and hassled to send all my emails from my conns order when all you need our names.. then I call to talk to upper management and get hung up because this experience and thanks now you lost me a customer…
