Horrible customer service. Seems they have a bunch of idiots working or they don't train there people right.
I bought a refrigerator and was very pleased with the store personnel, they were helpful and friendly. Their supervisor Chris went out of his way to help us to expedite the delivery and even texted me when I missed the delivery verification call. I would shop there again.
My husband and I went in this past weekend to purchase 2 tvs for our home. Adrian, I believe is his name, was our sales person. He attended us to the best of his ability and answered any questions my husband had regarding our purchase. The only issue we had during our visit was the arrogance from the assistant manager, Chris.
