Don’t do business here. They will lie to you about your extended warranty, then when you call to ask they will hang up the phone in your face. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service.
If I could give it no stars I would. Purchased a brand new 18,000BTU window unit, came home, installed it the next day and it's defective out the box. Location will not replace the unit. I am NOT asking for my money back, just would like to exchange it! Why can't yall make it right?! You sold us a defective unit!!!! Unacceptable!!!
It was the worst experience I've ever had to try to buy something. I purchased a pc monitor and was told to go to the warehouse. Drove 45 min to the warehouse to find out it's broken. Bought a pc chair and paid shipping for it. The person who does online orders canceled it. The day I went to purchase took 3 hours. The day I went to the store to get the display monitor, it took 2 hours!
Conn's delivered a refrigerator today and damaged wall and the refrigerator while installing. Now they refuse to fix either. I recommend finding another vendor for your appliance needs.
Excellent customer service, Dwight was once again very helpful with my washer purchase.
