Don't buy from conn. Says it in the name because they are conartists. I bought a brand new washer and dryer, delivered a mo th later because of back order issues. About 2 mo the goes by there is a recall on a major part to keep the washer stabilized. After repair my washer still had the same issue and started leaking. I've had 6 repair calls since then and my washer still isn't any better, now they are trying to send me to Samsung when conns policy is after the 3 like repair we replace it. Nope. Store closing !!! Entire store on sale !!!!
Needed a couple appliances ASAP right before the holidays and they delivered with the convenience of financing it so it didn’t ruin the holidays. My only gripe and reason for the low rating: I highly suggest setting up the auto pay. I missed one payment, not paying attention. I was 2 days late and they had called my phone 27 times. The calls kept getting blocked as robocalls so I didn’t notice. But that’s ridiculous!!! I’m glad it was just a small purchase.
