Every where online and on the the doors are posted saying they close at 9:30. we went in at 7:35 with all doors unlocked and open they yelled at us and said they were closed.They proceeded to be very condescending and rude telling us to come back at 10 the next morning. I understand that it is going out of business, but there's no reason to be rude about the situation.

Bought a fridge August 1st. Salesman told us we were on the scheduled for delivery for August 5th, and to expect a call. August 5th came with NO call and NO delivery. Called, and was told that (1) it is OUR responsibility to call and schedule a delivery (NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD) and (2) THEY LOST OUR PAPERWORK! We got our order invoice, and magically they found the paperwork! Told it would be delivered the 6th...NO DELIVERY. Took 2 days off to be home when delivery was to come! We were checking out the closing down sale. The old man was so rude. I asked if they have the percentage list for all items, because I didn't see the percentage for mattress and pillows. He said he was busy with customers. That was the 2nd times i asked him. I was talking to him first before a lady came up. I told him I'm a customer too. No wonder you guys went bankrupt, with poor customer service.
