Conns in Texarkana is the most unfriendly store. The manager causes drama and makes it out to be your fault. She also made my 14 year old cry tonight due to what she started. I am glad this store is closing down. She does not need to be a manager at another store she has no customer service skills at all. And does not know how to greet customers when they come in. Aug 17, 2024 I went to Conns looking for a Stove and they had a price on there so I asked the lady is this the sales price and she looked on her tablet and said oh no it not the price I said well would you honor it and she said no so I took the picture of it. She said for me to check the following week. Pulled up at 6:45pm. Gates inside the doors are closed. Lights and tvs running inside. No one answering the phone. But hours state it's open until 9:30pm.
Very friendly sales people. They are having a big sale going on because they are going out of business. Got a couple of good deals there.
