I don't think I've ever had a worse experience. "Chandler" the manager offered us a deal, but later refused to honor the deal after we returned that afternoon at his request due to "problems with the outdated software Conn's uses." When you give someone your word it should mean something. He was unprofessional arguing with a customer on the phone, and bad mouthing another manager. A one star review is too generous.
