Bought reclining love seat today. Store is closing so we got a $1500 loveseat for only $950 with discount. However, sales person we spoke to assured it was genuine leather. Later at home I researched model number and it turns out its on faux leather and now bc they're closing for good, were stuck with it and no more discount or compensation for this mistake....... (If I knew it was faux I would've never bought this!!!) I see response from owner. Any chance I might be compensated somehow?!?!?!?
I don’t expect super high quality of furniture from this place but when you pay 3K for a couch/loveseat/ chair set and in 10 months you end up with this, you’d expect them to repair it! Wrong! Filed a claim and they said they wouldn’t repair it. “Normal wear and tear.” Absolute trash of a product and absolute trash warranty. Foam caving in, coming undone in multiple places, sinking, and generally looks like garbage. Avoid!
If i can give no star, i would because this was the worst experience . We walked in on 7/5 to get a dining set, and we found one and paid it cash! Our delivery date was the 18th. Today is the 18th. I didn't get any call from them to set the delivery time like all the stores do, so I called to get the time the sales associate told me ,My dining set was out of stock! on the same day of delivery!, and he can only push the delivery date, and he doesn't know when it is going to be.
