This place has great products , but the service is TERRIBLE , HORRIBLE , AND TERRIBLE ! Once you buy any product and if it breaks or its damaged, they will give you the run around and try not to help you after the product is purchased. Mattresses cost $3000 that don't keep its firmness and texture along with a $2800 tv that had to be replaced a few months after I bought it because it started to have burn marks on the screen! Besides the lying on the prices. They were too busy having personal conversations loudly to hear me ask for assistance and when asked if they could connect it since it’s final sale they refused like how do I know if it works. No wonder they are closing.

Lazy employees , no wonders they are going out of business , fist time I went there they where so lazy and just boring attitude like if they don’t want to sell anything,they don’t work just staying there doing nothing , they said is closed and they just doing nothing at store when actually the store doors open automatically they kicked us out just because they don’t want to work , we stop by at 8 pm when store hours said closes at 9:30 pm

Absolute worst service! I’m new to Tampa and stopped in to buy new furniture. I arrived around 10:30am, not a single person greeted me, walked around looking for people who were sitting at a desk with no interest in looking up to assist me, asked for help and the response was “look it up online I have to open the store”. Considering I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences. Makes sense why they’re going out of business!
