No wonder it’s going out of business. It’s always closed. Lights are on but it’s closed. They are missing out on customers. I was parked 5 minutes and 4 cars drove off because it was closed. I’ve been here 4 times trying to buy a dining set I saw a few weeks back, every time it’s been closed when the hours say it’s supposed to be open.

The only store I know where you walk in and walk around for an hour and NO ONE SPEAKS to say Welcome to CONN’S or may I HELP YOU??? NOTHING!!! Terrible customer service. We have bought several TV’s from there and I’m talking 86 inch TV’s Bose systems and more but the customer service was AWFUL!!! Don’t think you would be going out of business if you had Better WORKERS!!! Until you do that none of your stores will thrive!!!
