I paid for installation and removal of washer and dryer. I was told we would have 30 minutes prior knowage to delivery. There was no prior notice. The delivery men refused to install the new washer and dryer. He is now requesting $165.00 more to connect it.

Employees of Conn's bubble wrapped the display model TV because it did not have a box and loaded the TV into the cab of my truck face down. While loading I asked employee Isaac Cazares, if they were sure that they were loading the TV on its back and he assured me yes as it wasn't clearly visible due to bubble wrap.
