2 years married and just bought a new house (2 wks in). Conn's (w/ Babcock's) is going out of business, is going out of business, so we've been using them as much as possible to furnish our home.
Doesn't really matter seeing as they are going out of business, but very poor communication. Purchased a sectional from them before we knew they were closing. Set up delivery date, etc. Scheduled for 3 weeks after we stopped in. The day before delivery we never got a call for our delivery window. Called them on day of delivery. Found out from the Florence store manager that ours and everyone else's purchases and deliveries were cancelled by corporate due to closing.
