Thru many negative experiences with the online department, customer service, Orange City store and delivery team, the Altamonte Springs store is the top store and #1 spot! I give 3 stars as it’s a two-fold review. The service at the store was great, delivery was great. Exceeded expectations. Paying the bill is another thing. There collections are horrendous, rude, harassing and verging on abusive. We called at the beginning of the month to explain that our bank accounts had been compromised and we would be late paying on the 16th Starting on the 19th I received 10 calls per day.
