If I could leave zero stars I would ! Absolutely incompetent all the way around . I see now why they are going out of business. Purchased a dishwasher on 08/31 , scheduled a delivery and the first delivery 9/7 I received the incorrect item: literally the delivery guys were like make sure you sound mad so they can squeeze you in ! Sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great sales prices but to bad they are closing.

Man I'm so sad to hear this place is going out of business. They are the best, I felt so rich and respected when dealing with the staff. Never made you feel like, you weren't a respected person. Peace and love always.

Went in store and bought a washer,dryer and four piece sectional and had it delivered. They sent the wrong dryer plug (4 prong) when i stated i have a 3 prog with it so they couldnt install it and i have to get one and install myself. Then my section came with a duplicate piece instead of the piece i am missing. Called in store and they said id have to go back in store and pay an additional $300 to get the correct piece.
