Stop buying the trash they have left over. The store employees swap the items once you pay for them and go pick them up. I bought a mattress and when I tied to pick it up today the one they were giving me had holes in the bottom. I was told that they could not give me my money back and could only give me store credit for a store that is closing. The mattress was swapped and I am now waiting on a resolution.

Went in to look at dryers. At the Conns in Humble, TX. Told an associate I wanted to buy the dryer. His name was Javier. He rolled his eyes that he had to do something. Was rude , looked like he had not showered in a week. Smelled, had dandruff flakes all over his shirt, and his clothes were filthy. Now I understand why Conns is going out of business.

Beware this company is selling used faulty appliances stating it new in the box. I purchased a 2 and one washer and dyer was told it would be new in box I paid for delivery, was told they would not honor tax exempt due to filing bankruptcy. item was delivery 9/5 item wasn't in a box and still ha the floor sticker attached. called 9/10 about item having a foul smell an leaving a for smell on loads. was told I should not have taken item out box.
