I will never buy anything from Conn's again. Furniture started to brake down after, just a month. Conn's wouldn't cover the damage, they stated the warranty covers abuse not normal wear & tare. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. It should be the other way around. I should sue Conn's, but it would cost more than $2500 for a lawyer.
When I paid an account off early and called to ask when it would be reported, after waiting 2 months, Conns added a derogatory remark. This lowered my credit score more than 50 points! They removed the remark but my score only went up a few points. I do not recommend Conns for credit building.
