Confirmed pick up for Saturday through email, tried to call twice Friday and speak to someone to confirm again just in case, no answer. Left empty handed Saturday, was told they didn’t even have the appliance. No call to notify me before my scheduled pick up time. Maybe the phones are just for show 🤷♀️
No one is at the warehouse to help me unload. Only 2 people working here in this whole place. No office staff and no workers. I came in on Friday and no one was here to take me in. Came back on Monday and it toke me all day came in 6 am app and left 4pm. Avoid this place
This warehouse is a lazy place, they will call you at 11:00 for a delivery that scheduled for the next day and you can confirm it and they will not deliver. Poor customer service
It's a distribution center... They were very efficient I was picking up aTV. They opened the box to verify no damage, also plugged in TV to verify operability then repacked and loaded into vehicle.
Slow as molasses sitting in there dock for 4 hours they don't care about the driver who brings the load in 60 pieces of furniture is all should only take about a hour. I WON'T BE BACK ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
