Conns posted payoffs wrong and won’t fix it.. been since July they keep saying there is a ticket out .. how you post over $2800 to a $1444 balance idk.. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Hi my name is Rolando Barrientes got credit in cc conns... Soooo disappointing with them.. we bought a fridge (lsxs26396s) for 1499.95 so they deliver brought wrong one. When I called they said my credit amount wouldn’t cover it that someone put the wrong price tag.. I said not our fault so brought me another fridge.. I spent $3100 here for a lazy delivery driver to come out and be so very disrespectful to me that I almost told him I didnt want the refrigerator. Instead they rescheduled it and said they would be the ones to come back. No... I dont think so. I want someone else that is a little more respectful to deliver it. I was literally told on the phone call from conns that if he dropped the fridge on his self (meaning their driver) that we are to let the fridge remain on that driver even if he is dying. One of the WORST businesses I have ever dealt with from the beginning of my purchase! If there was a "0" rating this is what I would give! Price matching issues that took a month or more, after changing the contract now my monthly payment would not be adjusted to reflect what I owed, and now the 12 month same as cash option is no longer effective because I was late on two payments due to being out of work for 12 weeks! Conn’s has been to my home three times and told Corporate that my couches were irrepairable. I have only had these couches, less than 2 years. Just keep getting passed off from phone number to phone number and with no results. I was with RC Willey before. I would always stick with RC Willey in comparison to Conn’s. They have one of the worst customer services that I have ever encountered.

Purchased living room furniture and service contract in December 2017. In Feb, a piece broke and we called to schedule a repair. We were told the part would be shipped to us and once received we could call to schedule the repair. Today is May 22, and we still have not received the part, so of course the repair hasn't been completed. We've called multiple times and been told lie after lie. If i could give this company a negative 10 I would. Received a letter in the mail stating i could combine my two accounts and have a lower payment every month. So i faxed 12 pieces of paperwork to show that I don't need their (Conn's) insurance and the representative told me i would received money back from 2 years ago because i have already proved to Conn's i have my own insurance and today i called back to see where the process is and told me that they cant honor my new contract because there was extra writing on it.
