I recently did business with Conns for the first time in December. I reside in the state of Louisiana and our home as flooded by Hurricane IDA, the end of August. We basically lost everything we had in the lower level of our home. EVERYTHING. After dealing with all the various insurance companies, contractors, and all other involved parties we were now in a place able to move forward and started rebuilding our lives. My refrigerator broke n November it has been service more than 7 times. I was enform to go get another one. Went to Conns n picked one out on January 19,2021. I was told it would come that Saturday. I called the store n I have spoke to 4 different managers n I get the run around.I tried calling corporate office but u have to have a extension. On January 28 at 1pm I spoke to a manager n she hung up on me. I need to speak to someone who knows what is going on. As of January 29,2021 i been out an icebox since November 2020.

I bought a refrigerator payed it with a check, before I wrote the check I asked if the refrigerator doesn’t fit can I come get my money back,they said yes just don’t sign and we will give you your money back. I said great,they came the next day to deliver the refrigerator and it didn’t fit,the three guys was in a hurry,they knocked a picture off my wall,broke it had dirt all over my floors,I called conns and told them everything,they said they couldn’t.give me my money back until two more weeks. Very disappointed with the delivery vs installation. The sales staff want the sell, but don't have great concern in the follow up. The fridge & dishwasher were delivered, the guys that handled the delivery could not touch anything in unhooking the appliances at the house so they could be hauled off, so my husband did it. Then the dishwasher could not be installed, that is separate, which was not divulged to my husband when he made the purchase. Would have preferred that both delivery & installation had coincided. We bought a 1300.00 recliner sofa in May in San Marcos Texas It arrived broken by the delivery men who placed it upright on the truck from Houston to Kyle, Texas All the mechanism broke so the footrest stay up all the time. After repeated calls to Conn’s about this sofa that has caused extreme stress And anxiety it is June 25, 2019 and it’s still broke. Went to the store today to buy a washer and dryer, I asked a number of questions to which the salesman Arrington was more then happy to assist with. I place the order with delivery for the next day so when I get home i review this contract which has multiple errors and to which my salesman clearly lied to me about questions I asked. Bought appliances from store 138 in Albuquerque NM. They sold us some insurance we did not want and told us we could remove it anytime. Well i have tried to get this removed for months now and the store feels me they will handle it and get back with me and never does. Then i contact them again and totally get the run around. I have called, emailed and even went into the store and still they cannot seem to handle this simple request!

Called for a payoff and requested account to be closed after. The payoff quote was miscalculated. Not one word from Conns. I called today to find out that I still owe another 200.00

Conns have the worse customer service. I had a tech come out to repair my refrigerator. He told us that he couldn't do it he was there to just take a pic of the model number and some will be out to fix it if they can find someone to do it. If not 4 have to wait another 4 weeks to get. A new one. When I called in. They said the guy didn't put any notes or did anything. Now I have to wait for a call back on Monday to someone to come out and do the same shit again . When I have a warranty. I'll never go here again.
