I recently did business with Conns for the first time in December. I reside in the state of Louisiana and our home as flooded by Hurricane IDA, the end of August. We basically lost everything we had in the lower level of our home. EVERYTHING. My refrigerator broke n November it has been service more than 7 times. I was enform to go get another one. Went to Conns n picked one out on January 19,2021. I was told it would come that Saturday. I called the store n I have spoke to 4 different managers n I get the run around.I tried calling corporate office but u have to have a extension. On January 28 at 1pm I spoke to a manager n she hung up on me. I need to speak to someone who knows what is going on. As of January 29,2021 i been out an icebox since November 2020.
