After we met with Nicole, she was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but also empathetic. Plus, she speaks perfect Spanish, my aunt and mom were delighted with her help and professionalism. My father passed away in November 2020 and I had a bunch of documents I needed to go through. The office scheduled me right away to come in and figure out what needed to be done. In doing so, I also created my own Will and Power of Attorney paperwork. Mr. Connors' was understanding and offered his suggestions and what I may want to do. I was so very disappointed with the unprofessional service I received here trying to settle my father’s estate. It took months to get answers to simple questions and they placed blame on everyone else but themselves. Emails were sent from attorneys contradicting what was said in previous emails. They caused a lot of heartache and pain in an already difficult situation. I found their words and actions to be disgraceful. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
