I purchased a new Kioti CK2620 from Connor Tractor. Tyler, my salesman, very helpful. As I live in Crystal River, we handle the complete transaction online and they delivered the tractor to me. I really appreciated them communicating my way, not pushing me to call them for a sales pitch. I was a little unsettled on whether to get the CX or CK model of 25HP tractor and how I wanted finance. I purchased my Kioti tractor in October. Yesterday I got off the tractor on the right and my fat butt snapped off the bucket control joystick. I phoned Conner tractor service department and spoke with Shawn. He told me to bring it in. When I got there he surveyed the damage and said no problem. When I asked how long the repair would take he told me if he had the parts he would have done in a few days and if he had to order parts it would be next week. Yeah I’ve heard that before. I bought a new tractor from Connor and I am happy with them and the tractor. Its not the tractor its the dealer thats important. My last tractor had problems and dealer was never helpful. But with Connor I have been very happy. Any time I call or email they respond right away and are very helpful. I had a couple of small warranty issues and they were address right away. There were some questions about the tractor I had after I bought it and they answered right away. I hope they stay this way. I dont see service this good man... read more
After much nonsense with the service manager at that new Bob Cat dealer in Ocala, I took my Bob Cat CT 2035 compact tractor to Conner Tractor, Kioti dealer of Ocala. Owner Jeremy Conner educated me on the fact that Bob Cat and Kioti compact tractors are identical machines built at the same factory in South Korea. Jeremy answered all my questions and concerns, I brought my tractor in and the issue was resolved hassle free!
