Why do you post do sale signs in front of homes and not put them in mls? Seems like a disservice to the seller? Trying to double dip commission? Its legal but why not expose the home to all buyers?
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Connor, for the wonderful way in which he sold my home. Selling a lot of homes is not the greatest criteria for a good realtor! Walking the seller through the process patiently, thinking outside the box and having a slew of remedies up your sleeve when a problem arises, to me, is the kind of realtor I want to sell my home and Mike did it without question in a calm, humorous and accommodating way.
