Can’t actually give a review. He knew I had a deadline to get some work done. Said he could do it. Promised a quote twice. That was the last I heard from him….
Very professional and prompt. Connor and his wonderful team installed required strengthening of carport roof trusses prior to install of glide door. He ensured the team returned when some changes were requested by the door supplier and met with the door supplier onsite. So reassuring to have the level of commitment to getting the job done.
Connor and his team recently built new railings for our back deck, new stairs and numerous other jobs around our house. Connor was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process from doing the quote to completion of the work. So happy with the end result. Will definitely be using Connor again for future work.
Seemed pleasant on the phone. Arranged an appointment over the phone to view our Bathroom for our upcoming renovation. Re-Scheduled the appointment to the afternoon as something came up. That's fine. My wife had the day off to accommodate the new appointment and then he never showed, never called. I tried calling to see if he was coming, also sent a follow up text message. No reply or even a call back. Nothing. I run a small business in Milton and if I treated my customers like that, Id be out of business. Poor form Connor
