Yesterday I made a delivery & was unaware that I was given an already late load. The office staff explained the warehouse crew had left for the day. I was prepared to wait till morning. The office guys asked me what my schedule looked like and sprung into action and grabbed the dolly’s themselves and unload half the trailer full of water heaters. I was blown away.
