I was looking for a Kohler urinal drain plug and was told this was the place to go for Kohler parts. I showed the bad part to the first counter guy and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. The second guy said he’d never heard of one needing replaced in the 28 years he’d been in the business. He suggested I try an auto parts store and ask for a freeze plug.
