We had such an awesome experience with Kelsey and Connor and Co. She was so helpful during the entire planning process and really helped us think through everything and map out what we needed to take care of. On the day of the wedding, Kelsey was assertive in the best way, extremely organized, and made everything happen. We didn't have to worry one bit because we just knew she was handling everything. At the wedding for my wife and me there were many things that didn’t go well for us. Our wedding planner was over two hour late and rude to many our guests. Some of the flowers were fake whenever we paid for real flowers. After we said our “I do’s” me and my wife went to a room that was only meant for us and she wouldn’t leave us. Someone who was hired for something different was the one who kept me updated on the schedule. Nothing seemed to be in any order. I hate to have to write this review in all honesty, but after mulling it over here I am. I got Connor & Co. as my wedding planner and florist after finding her online and thinking she did beautiful work. The initial meetings went well and Kelsey and I got along great, but the wedding day was pretty much a disaster. She got to the venue around 2 hours late which ended up throwing off the entire day. I work for a local event production company and have worked with Connor and Co several times in the past. Kelsey Connor is an excellent communicator, incredible to work with, experienced, organized, and pays close attention to detail. She is also experienced and talented at floral design and installation. I highly recommend hiring her to help with your next event!
