I just had an amazing experience with the lovely Ashlee when buying my suit today. She was super helpful, patient. She offered lots of options and shared her honest opinion in a constructive way. I hate shopping and Ashlee made it easy. She deserves a raise! Thank you again!
The service here is terrific, and find them very engaged with customers here, never seem look at their phones. Price is pretty good with everything well organised. If you have to go to Connor, would recommend at Burwood Westfield.
I visited this store about an hour ago and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. (It was a lady in black dress i guess, the short one) When I went to the counter, the @lady serving me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially, my family and I were holding three or four pieces of clothing, but I later changed my mind and decided to purchase just one shirt.
