I went into Connor in Burwood today and had a really fantastic experience. I was greeted and served by a really polite, knowledgeable and helpful guy named Arturo. He knows his stuff and could not do enough for me. There was a younger female assistant there too who was equally lovely. Arturo made sure I got everything I needed and his customer service was excellent. Well done Connor on employing this man. I’ll be back to buy again in this store without hesitation.

I just had an amazing experience with the lovely Ashlee when buying my suit today. She was super helpful, patient. She offered lots of options and shared her honest opinion in a constructive way. I hate shopping and Ashlee made it easy. She deserves a raise! Thank you again!
The service here is terrific, and find them very engaged with customers here, never seem look at their phones. Price is pretty good with everything well organised. If you have to go to Connor, would recommend at Burwood Westfield.
