The service here is terrific, and find them very engaged with customers here, never seem look at their phones. Price is pretty good with everything well organised. If you have to go to Connor, would recommend at Burwood Westfield.

I visited this store about an hour ago and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. (It was a lady in black dress i guess, the short one) When I went to the counter, the @lady serving me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially, my family and I were holding three or four pieces of clothing, but I later changed my mind and decided to purchase just one shirt. I bought a blazer here today and had the misfortune to be served by Renee (young white woman with long straight brown hair and mean expression). Despite showing her nothing but politeness, she was extremely rude and dismissive and made me feel like an idiot for just asking for a bag. Me and friend bought some T-shirt. We were looking at different sizes. The two girls working there were very rude and told us rudely( It took us hours to fold it don’t open any ). We hadn’t even touched anything. I don’t know your name but you shouldn’t be doing customer service if you are this rude to people for no reason. This happened on 6th august 4:30 pm. Writing it down cause I want them to know who wrote this review.Worst experience ever although I bought something I would never come back .
