The worst, most unprofessional doctors offices in upstate NY. Doctor Chester Patrick is an incompetent doctor and the staff is extremely rude & snotty. they act as if they have no intrest in helping you whatsoever. Horrible, horrible bedside manner. I would give no stars if I could. Pick a different office to give your money to folks. This one is just plain awful.
