Super helpful and friendly people, great experience in a stressful time.
Get a quote ahead of time. I didn’t ask for one so they overcharged me $276 and the distance of the tow was super short. I will never use this company again, they take advantage
They really helped me out yesterday. TJ did an amazing job and he should get a raise because of how good he is. It sucks to have to get your car towed but they’ll help you out for sure
I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Our car was in the impound lot for a family member that was found deceased in the vehicle. After dealing with a rude office assistant to pay for the release we were then escorted to our vehicle. While on the way down, one of the employees told us and the employee that was escorting us that he “should show us all the cars that people died in”.
