Why should you shop at a Connollys instead of a big box store: (An update...(no repeat on my earlier concerns)...) Yes, the prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but, I live less than a mile from a Connolleys and I live 5 to 6 miles from the nearest big box stores. The often unconsidered cost of shopping is the cost of operating your vehicle. Google estimates about 75 cents per mile (give or take). I needed a special pump to quickly move some water, and they had all the parts I needed to quickly build what I needed. They also directed me to all the parts I requested. It worked great. Today I just got CLR. It beats using pumice or elbow grease to clean a toilet. No work to speak of, and CLEAN.
Always helpful. Not anyone working there ignores a customer’s needs.
